Determinarea coeficientilor de multiplicare în functie de dobândã si perioadã
Formula: k = (1+p)n

        Utilizarea tabelului 2.1
        Tabelul contine pe coloane perioadele (în ani, luni, zile etc.), iar pe linii dobânzile procentuale considerate în aceeasi unitate de mãsurã. El poate fi utilizat pentru determinarea unui coeficient de multiplicare a unei sume initiale, atunci când se cunosc dobânda si perioada de pãstrare. Astfel, pentru o dobândã anualã de 25 % si pentru o perioadã de pãstrare de 5 ani vom putea gãsi în tabel coeficientul 3,052 cu care se va multiplica orice sumã initialã. Cu alte cuvinte, o sumã initialã, de exemplu 1.000.000 de lei, depusã la o bancã ce atribuie dobânda anualã de 25 %, va deveni, dupã o perioadã de pãstrare de 5 ani, egalã cu 3.052.000 lei.
